Margaret B was among the 52 women competing on the sprint distance, 5k Run-19.2k Bike-2.5k Run, at the 2011 ITU Duathlon World Championships held recently in Gijon, Spain and she earned her 2nd World Title by winning the 70-74 age division in 2:23:31 hrs.
She had in 2009 won the ITU Sprint Triathlon World Championships in Australia and has been a fixture on Team USA in Triathlon and/or Duathlon every year since 2007.
Darlene H, another regular Team USA member, competed on the standard distance, 10k Run-38.4k Bike-5k Run, and finished 21st in the 55-59 age division in a time of 3:39:10 hrs.
Both will be on Team USA for the 2012 ITU Sprint Triathlon World Championships held in October in Auckland, New Zealand.
