Day Four Australia.....

Here is a video of what the area around the race venue looks like.  This race venue is very nice.  The ocean air is fresh and sweet.  There always seems to be a pleasant breeze.

Today we all kind of did our own thing in the morning.  Joanne and Shawn got in at around 3am after driving down from the north. They had a chance to scuba dive before coming here.  I went to the beach and did a nice run along the water and then went body surfing.  The ocean is fantastic and warm here!  Kim and Mary Ann went for massage and Reene went souvenir shopping.

We picked up our race packets today so it is all becoming more official.  We are definitely getting anxious to race.  Tonight we get our team photo and have a dinner/party at the race venue.

I know I promised race results from yesterday but haven't had a chance to look them all up officially.  I know that Mary Ann came in 4th in her age group and Reene came in 22nd (the middle of the pack).  I know it seems as if I should have all this for you along with fantastic scenery shots etc but honestly the day gets pretty filled up and I have to leave the condo to get on line.  So...be patient....I can get more video and photos up.....mean while enjoy this one.
